Be more productive. Have more energy. What this article I read in one of the men’s health magazines is saying is that studies have shown that exercise increases your intelligence, positive attitude, and energy levels. Which in turn can raise a person’s productivity, leading to higher earnings. So it sums it up like this most people feel better and work better when they exercise, and that translates to a bigger paycheck. I am pretty sure that you can take the money part out of this and say that when people exercise they usually feel better and can bring more to the table in many ways. Example: stay at home mom who has 1 hour a day to herself to exercise might have more energy and feel better. I will tell you that having an income that you cannot afford a gym membership or or a trainer is not an excuse to not exercise. The attitude of exercise being for the wealthy is ridiculous. If you want to do something you find a way and you make the time. Discipline.
